Stephen Andrieux joined Gateway Capitol Holdings (GCH Consulting) in 2009. His experience spans over 19 years in the Business Management, Banking, Fashion and Entertainment industry with companies such as Crate & Barrel, Williams & Sonoma Emerging Brands, Gap Corporation, Bed Bath and Beyond, Citibank and famed New York Fashion Designer b. michael.

Stephen was named Chief Operating Officer of Gateway Capitol Holdings in early 2009 having global responsibility for all GCH business operations as well as the head of the Fashion Practice. Prior to becoming COO of GCH, Stephen held the position of Managing Director of b. michael Corporation. In this capacity, Stephen had global responsibility for all operations management and client relations.

Stephen started his business management career at Crate & Barrel in fall of 1992 as a Department Head. He rose through numerous managerial positions to Senior General Manager and was instrumental in developing and growing the New York City Market. His career in the Fashion Industry began in 2006 when he aided in the development of additional product lines as well as the production of numerous fashion events during New York’s fame Olympus and Mercedes Benz Fashion Weeks. Throughout his career Stephen has been instrumental in developing company infrastructure in areas of Web development and Technology as well as producing major events including Fashion Shows and Award Ceremonies. Stephen graduated from University of Maryland with a B.S. degree in Psychology in 1992 and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies.

Chief Legal Officer

As Partner and Chief Legal Officer for Gateway Capital Holdings (GCH Consulting), McCormick is not only responsible for all the Firms legal affairs, but he also heads the Firms Entertainment practice.

Prior to joining GCH in 2009, McCormick worked as Executive Senior Paralegal and VP of Special Projects in the Office of the Dean, Meharry Medical College School of Medicine as from 1996 to 1998. After completing law school in 2001, McCormick secured positions at prestigious law firms such as Hahn & Hesson and Bingham McCuthchen. In 2003, he accepted a position at the internationally renowned Intellectual Property firm of Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu. In 2005, he transitioned to the prestigious Wall Street law firm of Carter, Ledyard & Milburn. Feeling that the time was right, McCormick launched his own Sports & Entertainment company, Cason McCormick Enterprises, in 2007 before joining Gateway Capital Holdings.

Over the years, McCormick has worked with and represented Grammy award winning artist, Tony and Emmy award winning actors as well as major recording labels, entertainment studios, major models, publicist, leading publications and a host of individuals and companies in the industry.

McCormick holds multiple bachelor degrees in Political Science and Legal Assistance Studies from Valdosta State University and received his Juris Doctorate law degree from Texas Southern University in 2001.
